Toddler Beaten, Killed with Game Controller
It was clear from the bruises and other injuries on the little girl's body that Sunday was not the first time she had been abused, Dauphin County coroner Graham Hetrick told WGAL-TV. He said it was one of the worst cases of child abuse he has ever seen.
Baez, 19, called for an ambulance Sunday and said (Harve) Johnson had brought the unconscious child to her, limp and wet from an attempt to revive her in a bathtub, a police affidavit said.
Johnson, 26, acknowledged beating the girl with a video game controller but did not say why, police said. Baez said Johnson had abused the girl in the past and that she heard the girl scream after Johnson beat her Sunday, according to the affidavit.
Bail was set at $200,000 for Johnson and $25,000 for Neida Baez (the mother), who was charged with endangering the welfare of a child because she did not intervene in the beating.

If I witnessed something like that I would have went apeshit on the guy... I'm skinny, but pound for pound devastating IMO(being dead serious)! Violence against women & children enrages me!!! |

This is both extremely sad and sickening at the same time. The type of scum capable of such a heinous act is exactly why we have the death penalty. Upon his conviction, he should be taken directly to be executed. We should follow China's example for executions whereby the criminal is shot to death by bullets he is forced to pay for. |

The news does usually report the type of murder weapon, but when they say a "game controller" people are always going to go after gaming. Nobody ever goes after the cooking industry when someone is stabbed with a butcher knife. |

just a couple of months ago another kid was beaten to death for getting caught on a system cord and yanking it off a shelf or something |
