"big bully apple" wow you make it sound so scary. Samsung is a good company and very possibly the best electronics manufacturer in the world. They do great work and they don't have to cut off apple just because they sell too them. having a close relationship lets them see what apple is up too, and lets them stay ahead of the game. If they are making all of apples hardware they have first hand knowledge and experience with it and possible ideas on how to improve it. |

I was thinking about that (the lawsuit etc) last night and one thing hit me, Ya know who pays for Apple beating Samsung right, Apple's customers because Samsung makes there processors and there memory and probably the memory in the GPU's and maybe even there displays. It also occurs to me that the biggest winner of all will probably be Microsoft in the end and especially if it hurts Android in any measurable way. I say this because Windows phone 8 is about to roll of the press as is the iPhone5. From what I am hearing on the iPhone 5 a lot are not very pleased with it in several ways, first is LTE does not matter very much to the general consumer, second they made there screen bigger by stretching it upward but not increasing the width at all, third they did not step up the processor much and it is made by Samsung anyway! Then most Android users would rather go to Windows phone than Apple especially if there current level of new integration slows at all. I have even used a windows phone and it was a single core deal that ran as fast as my dual core monster Sensation a month after it was released, plus it will now be mixed with the new OS etc! |

Not sure Joel but should the first paragraph read "both Apple and Qualcomm made major bids for exclusivity on future TSMC production facilities", rather than "both Apple and TSMC"? Thought I should point that out. :) |
