At 375MB/s, CFast offers four times the bandwidth than the fastest
high speed 600x (90MB/s) CompactFlash card. The CFast uses the small original
CF mechanical form factor. Super Talent has clocked the CFast cards at up to
200MB/sec read speeds. The first generation of CFast storage cards supports
transfer speeds up to 200MB/s as well.
The CFast Storage Card has a single-chip controller and
flash memory module and measures 36.4 x 42.8 x 3.3mm for Type I CFast storage
