Well! I have an out dated Sony T.V. model & I'm not really worried, because I have a computer hooked up with a T.V. add in card that gives me good resolution throught its computer generation. Better than my 720 resolution that I would get if I'd stay with it's internal settop box. So this will last me some time yet to go. Hopefully to get even lower prices by the never ending economic downturn that we're in. Maybe even get one of those next higher resolution up above the 1080 Sony T.V. models. Hope to see it sooner than later. |

Yeah! Gazd1 and even better than a 1080 also I believe. I've had one before and it was real cool. |

I love my TV! I just got the new Samsung SmartTV with the qwerty keyboard. It is a 3d enabled, LED, 1080P, four HDMI in, built in 802.11 B/G/N connection, and 802.3 connection. It is insanely thin and it comes with a full web browser including flash support! Oh yes! Flash Support. So you can watch all the Hothardware.com vidoes you want all day. I have skype on it as well with camera, totally awesome to use it to get calls in and to make calls out. This feature to get calls in is not a specific feature with every skype account. You have to buy the number and service to use it. However, skype to skype is free. Even the charged services are extremely cheap, only $0.02 per minutes within local calling range. However, this blog is about tv's not skype service. The tv also comes with more than 500+ apps you can download to it, which is totally awesome. And, you can plug in a flash drive to watch video, listen to music, or even to charge a phone. The specific model is a here . |

Meh. I just go by which size feels natural. |
|
i would think resolution/refresh rate maybe contrast ratio would have been mentioned. i mean, i'd rather have a picture that is great- the size is what i can do for my budget. kind of secondary. |

I have a 42" plasma and am perfectly happy with it. It is over 4 years old and 42" is really the largest set that I can fit in my space. When we get our Christmas tree for the holidays it barely fits in the space alloted. The only thing that I would like is a more energy efficient set. |
