That's a pretty neat utility. I've done that sort of thing manually before, and this looks like it would save a lot of time. Too bad there are more and more sites out there that are basically just big Shockwave apps. I guess they could at least smush their source materials. >> "If an image is worth a thousand words,..." They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but they've never seen my pictures of famous 300 word essays. |

Most web browsers already decompress images that are gzip encoded. And most web server software includes libraries to send gzip compressed images to the browser so why is this even needed for anything? |
