This phone looks huge. Let's hope that it comes to other networks as well. |

"A dual-core 1GHz CPU, and a qHD high-res display are just the tip of the iceberg." The Galaxy S has a dual-core 1.2Ghz and a WVGA screen so I'm not sure which iceberg you are looking at. |

"Schmich, the Galaxy S II is the one with the 1.2GHZ dual core chip, the editor also has to fix that stat. And it is just the tip of the iceberg, as the Galaxy II moves to an 8 megapixel camera as opposed to 5 megapixel from the original Galaxy, add 1080p video recording and HDMI output, Front and rear camera, and you got yourself one super smart phone, and may I add, It sits a the number one spot for my next buy." -Optimus |

yes it does look a bit big but then again I sometimes find it annoying not to have the screen real estate to scroll and read & .def has the power and looks very, very, sweet to me as well .The main thing for in a future selection would not be so much about a plus or minus $50 bucks either way ..it would be the clarity of the screen and of course the costs of the carrier.>>anhow we had some info here regarding the MHL port as seen here

This is the phone I've been "patiently" waiting for.......and now that the bionic is off my list because it's like a small tablet, I'm really hoping that it will go to big red too. AT&T can go jump off a cliff. And yes it's definitely the dual 1.2Ghz as others have mentioned. I know there were rumors at first that the phone would be shipping with a different processor depending on location and demand for the phone. That was a while ago so hopefully we do see the dual 1.2Ghz ArmV7. It is also interesting that they have changed the bottom buttons. I wonder if that's because of the apple patent conundrum. Here is the original version, engadget did a nice review of it. http://www.engadget.com/2011/04/28/samsung-galaxy-s-ii-review/ |

Samsung has made some great phones in its Galaxy line. I'm anxious to see this phone and hope it goes to multiple carriers here in the US. |
