Well... At least they can make some money back by selling their Enterprise software. For Blackberry, it makes more sense then selling them at a lower price then expected and also might get some new customers onboard... Still, they should have found a better way to sell the PlayBook to the consumer market. |

In one way it's good that this economic downturn is still getting worse, because now we'll be able to get all these unwanted products that have been made for a cheaper price or even next to nothing with them being added to other product sales as an incentive to buy. |

Yeah! Lets hope that these prices will come down further and that we'll get more freebies. |

they need more room in the warehouse |

This is a pretty great deal for those already planning to get the BB Enterprise Server for sure but I don't think it will lure new buyers in, sry BB, I could be wrong though - it does happen LoL |
I think you are right-on here, even an upgrade license is about $800 for BES a full version is about $3500. So they throw in a $400-500 playbook tablet for free its not that big a deal. It was a much bigger deal that they were offering their own employees the playbook tablets for I think it was $99. |

WOWSERS!! I had no idea it cost THAT much!!! That's crazy! |
