I am sure being commercial market based that they won't be cheap. I do however love seeing this market platform grow as it means they will be cheaper for the general consumer/user. One thing though a Blade server is an OEM piece of equipment so unless OCZ is working with your preferred manufacturer it would seem to be hard to get one in a blade server. Of course I guess you could get a blade server and change the drives at your discretion as well. So be that as it may I guess! |

Enterprise tech always trickles down to enthusiasts and then to the everyday computer user. So wahoo for more SSD technology and that these companies keep on pushing the limits. |

Cool! Still wouldnt know how cool these things would actually stay in a blade though? Your standard HDD has air flow all through it as long as you dont "cover this hole". To me these seem like they would be a proverbial HotPocket being microwaved in the fridge? |
