$150 or less sounds good to me; I mean just take a look at DDR2 prices, it'll be sweet once DDR3 gets to the same price level. |

I'll take 2GHz clock speeds even if latencies are a bit higher, any day. Will be interesting to see how OCZ's new stuff compares to Corsair! |

Davo: I'm REALLY excited regarding DDR3 when it comes to Nehalem. I'm dying to see how well they perform. Most of us know that there is no point in nabbing ddr3 atm considering the FSB architecture of intel processors. the Athlon X2's show the memory bandwidth when a IMC is involved. Considering the performance claims for Nehalem, it will be great to see DDR3 in tripple channel (and eventually quad ^_^) flavors with Nehalems IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) and QPI (Quick Path Interconnect). When Nehalem benchmarks are revealed, the x86 cpu community will be extatic =D. |

LOL! Indeed man. I hear you on that. But even so, if I did win and still upgraded to nehalem, I'd just nab two budget boards, cases, and psu's. Throw in these tasty penryn quad extreme editions, and just use them for 24/7 foldings for hothardware ^_^...Win win if you ask me |
