I seen this a while back being demoed by Microsoft looks real cool! |

A picture says a million words |
|
I remember now I seen it on TV on the Today Show thats something I could find myself playing with! |
|
Curiously, I never saw them touching the screen in more than two places in that video. The piano program would have been a perfect time for all ten fingers to touch the screen, but the moron only used one finger through all of that one. I want to know how many discreet points this can handle. |

Good point Lev. I was thinking that there was nothing done there that couldn't be done without a mouse, except the Piano. But unfortunately he didn't starting jazzing out on it. |

Multitouch has been in development for a long time now (since about 2002). Long before the iphone was introduced. But I can already hear it starting. "Microsoft is just copying apple again." You know Apple will go there :P |

imagine counter strike on a touch monitor.... you hands will get tired pretty fast O_o i dont think touch is the way of the future for computers.... |
|
It all depends on the application. I can see it useful in photos, certain games, moving files around, etc. Maybe it will take part in some FPS games. Imagine entering the door code by punching it in on the keypad you see on the screen. That would be cool. |

прикольная штучка |

Translation anyone ^^ |

Yeah I saw this on TV as well.. Really cool if you ask me. But I too feel that this wouldn't make a good concept for a home PC . A pocket PC surely, just not a substitute for a desktop |
