Hi stupid how are you? Have you been stupid all your life? Lightsquared isn't offering a technology to compete with LTE 4G technology. If you actually researched this you'd know that it is going to be LTE 4G technology that they use. The only thing unique will be their use of a satellite. Which will be picked up on earth and connected to average everyday cellphone towers.. |
The tech doesn't have to compete, just the fact of 2 companies having the same system is the competition talked about here. Hurr da durr derrr. Competitive pricing for the same service, have you heard of phone companies? |

"Hi stupid how are you?", funny you ask, speak English much lol. Anyway The talk about competition is now against Verizon, but At&t/T-mobile are rolling it out to, and Sprint has talked about it as well. The new iteration of Wimax just became certified as well. I like most of all that it is a totally separate party though, and that they are using a new method of signal distribution which is more like a world phone signal. |

Sounds cool. As for the picture, do you get an "aliens shooting lasers at the gulf of mexico" vibe or is it just me? |

Now we just need a venture capitalist to take interest in the wired internet. Although when net neutrality ends, that would be the time. |
