Had things gone to plan, AT&T
would already be selling HTC's
One VX smartphone, which was originally supposed to be available on November 16
. For whatever reason, it didn't launch on the day AT&T announced, but don't despair. If you've been holding out for this mid-range device, you only have to make it through the week, as AT&T is reportedly (and finally) going to offer the One VX on Friday, December 7.
You shouldn't have any trouble getting your hands on one at the end of the week. An AT&T spokesperson assured Android Central
that it "expects to be fully stocked in all channels by December 7," the wording of which even implies you may be able to snag a One VX before that date.
HTC's One VX features a 4.5-inch qHD LCD display with a 960x540 resolution (245 ppi). It also has a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm SnapDragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot), 5MP rear-facing camera, Beats Audio, 4G LTE, 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, and an embedded (non-removable) 1800 mAh battery wrapped in Android
4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4.
