T-Mobile may be the smallest of the Big 4 U.S. carriers, but it is known for having big promotions. This weekend is no different: virtually any phone on T-Mobile's network can be had gratis, as long as you sign up for a two-year contract.
Just to be clear, weekend means Friday and Saturday, 2/11/2011 and 2/12/2011. The promotion includes even T-Mobiles (faux) 4G HSPA+ phones, too. According to T-Mobile, in some cases you might have to deal with a mail-in rebate to make the phone free, so make you fill the form out carefully.
T-Mobile is calling it a Valentine's Day promotion. If you already have service, you can get in on the deal, too, as long as you are eligible for an upgrade.
