That's because it wasn't supposed to be live yet. Where did you see this article first, forum or main site? |

Impressive but I don't want to see the power consumption on this device even though I can only assume it's slightly underclocked! |
I don't know. I'm amazed that they can fit 2 GTX470 GPU's on one card but what concerns me is the heat it'll produce and the power it'll consume. Also I'm wondering if it can do traditional Quad-SLI like the other Dual-GPU cards have done in the past. |
Thats one monstrosity of a GF card! |
an underclocked version of the crippled Fermi GPUs, why do I guess that the power consumption will be enormous yet unable to compete against a 5970? |
For some reason I tend to agree. Bet that thing really puts off some heat. |
Check the GF100 PCI Express switch chip in between the two big honkin GPUs. This card is no joke. Looks to be an NVIDIA reference design of some sort. |
Yeah, but can you run two in SLI? ;-) |
Three video outputs... I like! |
So the TDP of a 470 is 215. The 2 8pin PCIe power connectors only deliver 375 tops. Is the rest coming from the PCIe bus or can we maybe expect some lower power Nvidia chips coming? Just seems to be getting really close to the max power you could deliver to a single card. |

I was excitedly waiting for the release of this Nvidia small room heater. I heard it is best to put it in a PC with really long cord's. This is because if you sit to close to your PC there have been some 2nd to 3rd degree burns. I also heard they will release a computing clothing line with Oakley (http://www.saferacer.com/oakley-carbon-x-underwear-long-sleeve-top.html?productid=468) that can also be used for top fuel drag racing. |
