Asus Shows Off N-Series Notebook In Promo Video

Wondering where all the notebooks are? Well, they're in the oven for a back-to-school release, but Asus is giving the world a quick peek at an upcoming series. The company's upcoming N-series laptop is looking mighty impressive, with SonicMaster Premium audio (from Bang & Olufsen), a backlit keyboard, "ripple-like" speaker mesh, a sleek new touchpad, widescreen display and a battery that is evidently capable of standing by for up to two weeks on a full charge. Also, it'll wake up in just two seconds. Nothing much is known beyond that, but you can indulge in the video below anyway.

Wow that is a nice looking unit and the victorious music they have playing in the add makes it seem like this laptop will save human kind forever from the great beast's and we won the race (to where I don't know but we won any way)

Looks nice. I was never really into the ultrabook craze, and I will probably be in the market for a new notebook in a few months.

This looks like something to consider. Asus makes good laptops, I got my Dad a u-series laptop some months ago and he loves it.

Very nice looking machines and ASUS has been making some high quality machines lately. Just don't get any food on the speaker mesh cause you won't be able to clean it properly.
