My god... Almost makes me want to get the contract version except I'll have to pay a high monthly data rate and everybody knows I wouldn't use the phone alot to justify all of those costs... What there should be is a prepaid version of the phone, so I don't have to worry about paying high data fees month by month. |

The big problem is that even if you buy it unlocked, att in the united states won't let you use a iphone on prepaid. So even if you sign a 2 year contract, you still are paying the subsidiary fee for the phone. The only way to get one unlocked is if you want to use it on 2g on tmobile are plan to be overseas a bunch |
