ATI Reports Results for Second Quarter of Fiscal 2006
Record revenues of $672 million
MARKHAM, Ontario -- March 30, 2006 -- ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX:ATY)(NASDAQ:ATYT) - ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX:ATY)(NASDAQ:ATYT) today announced financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2006 ended February 28, 2006.
Revenues for the second quarter were $672 million, a new company record and a 14% increase relative to the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Gross margin percentage was 28.2%. Net income according to GAAP for the quarter was $34.1 million ($0.13 per diluted share). Non-GAAP adjusted net income(2) for the quarter was $44.8 million ($0.17 per diluted share).
