A Couple Peaks At What To Expect At Computex 2012

Like many companies, Asus and ViewSonic are busy preparing for Computex 2012 which kicks off June 5 in Taiwan. In the meantime, both of these companies are teasing us with information about what we can expect to see at the show.

A teaser video from Asus gives us only a few details about what Asus will be announcing. For example, the video suggests we shouldn't get set into one form, which could be a reference to Asus' Transformer line of tablets. Considering most of the video takes place in the cloud, it's possible Asus is planning to introduce some cloud-friendly features as well. Although these thoughts are only speculation at this point, we'll know in a few days—Asus promises more products and video teasers will be coming on May 31. Check out the teaser video below.

ViewSonic is touting a 22-inch Android ICS tablet of sorts which will be part of the company's Touch and Connect series. This "smart business tablet monitor" appears to be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. ViewSonic is also expected to show off a Windows 8 multi-touch display, new cloud offerings, high-end laser projectors, and more at Computex.
