New video distribution? This weeks broadcast looked and sounded much cleaner.

First that is one sexy phone.

Second Nintendo would run from my soul if they owned it. Nintendo's 3DS EULA is a big issue and hopefully they get enough feedback to change their mind about what they think they have the rights to do. It is terrible that they decided to go this way with it since they have always been a very consumer friend company. I certainly will not be buying a 3DS and will be watching the EULA on my Wii at the next software update to make sure they do not try to pull something similar.

Last w00t for HotHardware and your giveaways you guys rock.

Actually, we had some pretty nasty synch and stuttering issues there but we're trying Viddler again and yes, their player is nice.

That EULA is insane!!  The sad part is you are probably forced to accept it in order to play. I have never read any EULAs before but knowing they can have such BS in them, I will be reading (or at least skimming) them from now on! Thanks for the heads up.

The next giveaway sounds epic, sure to draw in a huge crowd!!

I usually scan the agreements for anything outrageous but I'm going to take the time to read them. The only real question I have though is could that agreement really hold up in court? I mean I could be impaired when I agreed on the license, sometimes I do drink a beer while gaming.

oh man!! My company blocks viddler!!!! I'll just watch it on their xoom....that will show them!

As always great podcast guys! I do have to ask though, Dave is that a cupcake on your wall?

I don't really read the eula because you have to agree or you can't use the product. By that time the seal on the box is broken and you might have to pay a restocking fee to return it. I think nintendo overstepped their bounds and I think you are right Marco, it might have been the legal department writing this one with no other departments double checking them before it went to the public. The last nintendo product I purchased was a 64, the 3ds' eula is not making me gravitate toward their products.

You guys really do give away a ton of stuff and it is all spectacular stuff too!!! Can't wait to see the spec list on the next giveaway and the guest list for the amd conference.

heheh.. No Drake. That's a painting of a pot of flowers that my daughter did for me. Kid art rocks! :)

Why does it block Viddler by the way? You can always catch our YT version, http://www.youtube.com/HotHardwareVids

I forgot about the youtube channel, thanks. Our company blocks everything on the internet, specifically video. It's really annoying especially when you are looking for legitimate tutorials. We just got youtube access a few months ago and I'm not really sure how long that will even last. They will most likely see my daily traffic on hothardware.com and block it, let's hope not though.

A pot of flowers was my second guess!! Although you do have to admit that in a webcast quality video it resembles a cupcake from rocko's modern life. Tell her keep up the good work and fill up the rest of the wall.

That was fun. You guys are getting better each time. The Eula deal means that Nintendo will never see the inside of this man's castle.

Dave, you're right about Kid Art. Nothing like it at all. My wife's High School students just made her a bunch of metal artwork in welding shop.

This is a Velociraptor.

That's some pretty sweet metal work :) Smart of them to use the rotor from a car as the base since it is nice and heavy.

They also made her a rocking chair that's 95% Horseshoes. It has a cup-holder on the arm.

When you were talking about the next contest, was that shutter from your mic or viddler? :D (At around 16mins)
