Report: Transformer Prime Getting GPS Fixing Add-On Soon

The iPad has outsold the lot of Android tablets by a significant margin, but that's not stopping Asus from addressing an issue that has plagued Transformer Prime buyers. If you haven't been following the story, Prime owners first saw GPS as a listed item on their tablets, but soon after that was yanked from the item description. Turns out, there are just problems all around. According to All Things D, the company is planning a GPS add-on on April 16th to deal with the patch of complaints. Users will reportedly be able to register for service on the company's website, but there are no details on what exactly the add-on will consist of. Either way, we're glad to see Asus stepping up and taking charge of the issue, and we're sure patient Prime owners will agree.
