Astro's Latest Headset Takes Aim at Metal Gear Solid Fans

If you really want to let the world know you're the biggest Metal Gear Solid fan on the planet, head over to your local tattoo parlor and get yourself inked. If you're not into that sort of thing and/or want something a little less permanent, Astro Gaming has you covered. Known for their line of high-end headsets aimed at professional gamers, Astro Gaming has just come out with a customized version of their Astro A30 Cross-Gaming Headset called the Astro A30 Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker Edition.

"Our new Astro A30s have entirely reinvented what gamers expect from a modern, mobile-fluent headset. Whether at home tearing up some multiplayer, traveling with a MP3 player or on the go with a favorite handheld gaming device, the A30s deliver superior audio and voice communication and still manage to look good doing it," said Brett Lovelady, Founder of ASTRO Gaming. "And, what better way to demonstrate the A30s capabilities than with Konami’s upcoming Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PlayStation Portable, which is going to completely transform what gamers expect from a handheld game."

It's the same Astro A30 headset as you already know it, only this one comes with interchangeable speaker tags based on the Metal Gear Solid theme. Astro's selling these in silver, black, or white at $150 a pop, with the option of adding the Peace Walker game for another $20.
