Good morning all.  It looks like my desktop troubles are over.  Man, it has been a long time since I've had problems with any of my machines and I hope this is the last of it for a while.  There's nothing like a reformat once in a while to clean things up, but I was try to hold out for SP-2.  Guess that wasn't in the cards.  Anyhow, now I can get back to being productive on the review and news fronts.  Speaking of news... The First Xeon EM64T (Nocona) Workstation/Server Solutions Now Available from Supermicro San Jose, CA, July 15, 2004 – Supermicro Computer, Inc. has begun high-volume production of its new workstation/server platforms which support the latest... Good evening friends, how was your day?  Over the past while I have been trying to convert my eating habits.  I had been consuming to much "bad" food and had not been feeling the greatest because of that.  So, to go along with this health kick, I have decided to invest into a new Mountain Bike.  I have not full decided on what I want to get, but it looks like it is going to cost me around the same price as cheap laptop.  I just don't think I can trust a hundred dollar bike to support my six foot, 200 pound body while blazing down a trail ;)  If you have any good suggestions for a bike, drop me a note. Anyhow, getting to the task at hand, here is some news...... Read more...

Also the warranty and support packages are very robustly supported right here in the good old US of A and have been found to take very good care of BFGTech customers."  Plextor... Read more...

The only difference between... Read more...
Good afternoon folks!  We've just posted a review of BFG's GeForce FX 5900XT OC.  As its name implies, BFG has taken the GeForce FX 5900XT and overclocked the core a bit to give the card a little more horsepower.  Click here and check it out...... Read more...
Our first look at the GeForce FX 5900XT was way back in December 2003, and we were mightily impressed by the performance of the original sample sent to us by e-VGA, one of Nvidia's launch partners. We've reviewed a few other 5900XTs since then, and we've recently received two new models, one of which was the card we took a look at last week, Prolink's Pixelview 5900XT Golden Limited.  Its main claim to fame was the one-piece aluminum housing which cools the GPU and RAM, allowing for better cooling and ample overclocked speeds. It also came with the Plasma Display II, a handy little screen which gives users real time information on the GPU temperature and fan speed. Today, we've... Read more...
The BFG Asylum GeForce FX 5700 Ultra 128MBs, AGP 8X, and the Muscle to Get the Job Done! By, Jeff Bouton December 11, 2003 As 2003 comes to a close, we have to wonder if NVIDIA is looking to 2004 with eager anticipation.  The last year has been tough for them, to say the least, with a number of nagging issues plaguing the embattled graphics giant.  The once king of the graphics market is still struggling to set the record straight on the whole "optimization" topic, as ATi has strengthened their position in the market with a number of very successful product releases, solidly challenging the GeForce FX line.  To top it off, there has been a number of OEMs jumping ship...
