Star Wars Battlefront II Stuns In Action Packed Gameplay Trailer Narrated By John Boyega

There's a new Star Wars movie on the horizon, and Electronic Arts (EA) is looking to leverage the hype surrounding that film to fuel a spectacular launch for Star Wars Battlefront II. Battlefront II is the follow-up to its 2015 predecessor, and EA wants you to know that this game is bigger, badder and loaded to the brim with content (something that was quite lacking with the original Star Wars Battlefront).

EA has released a nearly 5-minute-long trailer for the game that is narrated by none other than John Boyega, one of the stars of Star Wars: The Force Awakens and the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Boyega runs you through everything that's new with the game including class levels -- Assault, Heavy, Specialist, Officer -- which each have their own weapons, weapons attachments and abilities.  In multiplayer, Battlefront II is placing an emphasis on helping your team, which will help you earn Battle Points. Battle Points can then be used to unlock some of your favorite Star Wars characters, like Han Solo, Luke Skywalker or Boba Fett for example.

You will also have a wide range of ground-based vehicles and starfighters to choose from, which will also have different classes to choose from. Like with the characters, you'll be able to earn Battle Points to unlock your favorite "hero ships" like the Millennium Falcon.

EA is really on a mission to right the wrongs of the original Battlefront, and includes five multiplayer modes: Starfighter Assault, Galactic Assault, Blast, Strike and Heroes vs. Villains. The depth of the multiplayer action should keep the game fresh for the foreseeable future. Likewise, the single-player campaign has been beefed up to include split-screen co-op, versus and solo modes.
