We’ve seen plenty of all-in-one PCs comes across our news desk, but none quite like this latest offering from MAINGEAR. Quite frankly, we don’t typically think of all-in-one PCs as being powerhouse systems, but MAINGEAR obviously doesn’t feel that way.

So we present you with the MAINGEAR ALPHA 34, which manages to pack an incredible amount of high-powered hardware into an all-in-one PC aimed at gamers first and foremost. We can’t talk about the ALPHA 34 without first talking about its display — as its name implies, you’re presented with a 34-inch curved display with a wide 3840x1440 screen resolution.

As you may have already guess, this isn’t your standard all-in-one PC, hence you’ll find an octa-core Intel Core i7-5960X on display along with your choice of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980, GeForce GTX Titan X or AMD Radeon R9 390X. If that Core i7-5960X isn’t quite up to your standards, you can toss in an 18-core Intel Xeon processor (swoon).

MAINGEAR doesn’t skimp on other available specs either, as you’ll be able to load up to 32GB of Kingston DDR4 memory and accelerate your storage subsystem with Samsung 950 Pro M.2 NVME SSDs.

And in what is a drastic departure from typical all-in-ones, the ALPHA 34 is fully upgradeable using standard desktop-class components. This means that even the processor and graphics card can be swapped out and upgraded should you have an itch to put in some more exotic hardware in the future. And if that isn’t enough, MAINGEAR REDLINE is available to provide factory overclocking for hardware components.

“The superb combination of Intel’s blazing fast processors with state of the art graphic cards and an astounding screen, gives ALPHA 34 the muscle to handle any task while being the centerpiece in every room,” says Wallace Santos, CEO and Founder of MAINGEAR.  “ALPHA 34 is a super stocked modern dream car with old fashioned muscle under the hood that is perfect for gaming, movie watching or even designing in Adobe’s Creative Suite.”

If this could become the new normal for all-in-ones; meaning factory overclocking and fully-upgradeable hardware, then we’re looking forwards to the future. And if MAINGEAR’s ALPHA 34 is something that suits your states, it starts at $1,999.
