I have a macbook pro with a logic board which due to a fault in the OS is susceptible to shutdowns when one of the cores can’t handle voltages below 12. I have put in a python script thst keeps the MBP running at a low level(about 3% of power levels according to Activity monitor) so that the voltage never drops. The effect of this is that the constant idle wake ups exceed 20,000 per cpu second, as shown on Activity Monitor. Will this have any long term bad effect on the cpu?
