I imagine that the ages here are a varied range so I don't know how many members like me are old enough to remember what analog was like vs. digital...but I'd curious to know how many remember analog and if so, what is the oldest basic computer you ever owned and what kind, which 1?

I'm old enough to remember listening to music on the radio and actually waiting for movies to be broadcast on TV. Oh yeah and reading newspapers, magazines and actual books. ;)

When I was a kid they took up entire rooms mostly but there were a few enterprising folks in the 1970's that started the whole personal computer revolution. grin

LOL, While I am not THAT old, I do remember my first computer being an old 486 processor running DOS. Played leisure suit larry and the land of the lounge lizards on it LOL.

I didn't get my own computer until I was in high school, but I got to use my first computer in 3rd grade on those IBM model computers that they had for schools with DOS on it.
