NVIDIA CEO Jen-Hsun Huang is about to get the party started at this year’s GPU Technology Conference (GTC), which is being held in San Jose, California. We’re certain that NVIDIA’s monster GeForce GTX Titan X will make an appearance but the real kicker might come from Tony Stark Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla Motors. Musk is scheduled to join Jen-Hsun on stage for perhaps a big announcement relating to automobiles. Normally, the question of whether a game runs better on the PC or a console is a no-brainer -- at least, for PC users.  Watch Dogs, however, with its problematic PC play, challenges that concept.
