TiVo Ships $89.99 Wireless N Network Adapter For Wireless DVR'ing

Fresh off a new DVR launch (the Premiere), TiVo is now providing a way for end-users to access Web content and distribute media in the house without the use of an Ethernet cable attached directly to the rear of the box. The solution is a new 802.11n Wi-Fi adapter, or more specifically, the Wireless N Network Adapter. It's designed to work with the Premiere, TiVo HD, TiVo Series3 HD or TiVo Series2 dual-tuner DVRs, and will assist in helping consumers "transfer and download broadband content within the home at a faster speed."

With the proliferation of high-definition content, the use of 802.11n is nearly a must. This solution also keeps you from having to run a very long Ethernet cable through your den, and keeping the clutter down is always a good idea.
