Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Makes Cameo In AnTuTu With Strong Performance From Exynos 5433
Phablet fans are in a good place right now -- there's the LG G3 with impressive specs, Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note 4, and even Apple is rumored to be releasing a large size version of its iPhone. Having choices is always a good thing, especially when those choices put up impressive benchmarks scores like the Galaxy Note 4.
Samsung's upcoming phablet has been spotted in AnTuTu's database with an Exynos 5433 SoC in tow. The other version of the Galaxy Note 4 will sport a Snapdragon 805, though the Exynos 5433 appears to be the faster part, and by a pretty good margin.

In AnTuTu Benchmark v4.0, the octa-core Exynos 5433 scored 40,303 points, which ranked comfortably ahead of the Snapdragon 805 with a score or 37,780 points. Only NVIDIA's Tegra K1 scored higher, taking the top spot with 41,736 points.
What's so impressive about the Exynos 5433 scoring so high is that it was pushing a QHD display. For the sake of comparison, the top-end Tegra K1 part took pole position in points while running a Full HD 1080p display.

For an apples to apples comparison of the Exynos 5433 and Snapdragon 805, you'd have to compare the chips in the same device. It just so happens that the both versions of the Galaxy Note 4 are included in AnTuTu's database. Whereas the Exynos 5433 scored 40,303 points in AnTuTu, the Snapdragon 805 trailed behind at 35,645 points.
The Exynos 5433 also features a faster GPU in the Mali-T760. It scored 9,204 in 3D tasks and 1,623 in 2D tasks, compared to the Adreno 420 coupled with the Snapdragon 805, which scored 8299 in 3D and 1,615 in 2D.
