Lian Li Announces Brushed Aluminum PC-Q09FN Mini-ITX HTPC Case

Lian Li is a luxury case maker with a serious fetish for brushed aluminum, and you can see that with the company's newly announced PC-Q09FN, a mini-ITX enclosure intended for home theater PC (HTPC) chores. If you're familiar with Lian Li's HTPC line, you can think of the PC-Q09FN as a more roomier version of the PC-Q09 and PC-Q09F.

The newest version has upgraded dimensions that measure 11.65 inches (W) by 5.51 inches (H) by 7.48 inches (D). It supports a slim-style optical disc drive and can accommodate a 3.5-inch hard disk drive that can be removed using thumbscrews. It also boasts a removable 2.5-inch HDD cage that can fit up to three SSDs.

Cooling duties are handled by a rear-mounted 120mm exhaust fan to dispel hot air and an all-aluminum construction to help with overall heat dissipation. According to Lian Li, you can cram a CPU cooler 50mm high into the case as well.

The PC-Q09FN ships with a 300W power supply and will be available in black and sliver in selected countries for €149.99 (just under US$200), not including VAT.
