Dell Teams with T-Shirt Designer to Dress Up Laptops

Dell's Studio line has always been about both form and function, and now an even greater emphasis is being placed on the aesthetic design. In a joint collaboration with Threadless, Dell is sprucing up its Studio laptop line with "11 inspired designs," each one created and submitted by members of the Threadless community.

"The Threadless community creates unique, critically-acclaimed original designs. By teaming with Threadless and offering exclusive designs through Design Studio, we enable students and families an exciting way to differentiate their Dell Mini or Studio laptop PCs," said Rachna Bhasin, general manager, strategic partnerships and personalization. “We are also excited to enable passionate artists to share their inspiration.

Unlike vinyl skins, Dell's Design Studio images, including the Threadless line, come permanently imprinted into the laptop lid.
