CyberPower Intros Gamer Infinity 9515 Desktop

CyberPower's on a serious roll of late, as just days after its Dragon series was introduced, the company is serving up its Gamer Infinity 9515 for those intent on finding a good deal. As the economy forces gamers to take a more serious look at their budget, CyberPower is hoping that this Intel-based desktop will hit the sweet spot between raw horsepower and affordability.

Reportedly designed to "fit everyone's computing needs at the best value for dollar," the 9515 desktop houses a 2.83GHz Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 processor, NVIDIA's HDTV-compatible GeForce 9800GT 512MB PCI Express video card, up to 4GB (2 x 2GB) of DDR2 dual-channel RAM, 500GB of SATA II storage space and a 20x dual-layer DVD writer. Everything is tucked within an Apevia X-Dreamer gaming case, where you'll find six USB ports, four SATA connectors, two PCI 2.2 slots, 6-channel audio output and 10/100 LAN.

CyberPower throws in a standard Logitech keyboard to get you going along with a traditional optical wheel mouse, and as for the operating system, you can look forward to a Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit screen upon firing it up for the first time. The unit is available now from NewEgg starting at $749 after a $100 instant rebate, though folks with a bit more cash can customize it for their specific needs and desires.
