as many of you may very well know im a avid Counter-Strike:Source player and ive been wanting to join cal for awhile, so i thought id ask if any one is intrested in starting a cal team. skills wont be the top factor but devotion is! if any one is intrested reply here. this is a great way to get to know other forum members since we will be talking quite alot in cs:s. hopefully we can get a few people in on this... 

I actually have barely played the game since the HH tourney in 2006!  But if I could somehow get my skills back to where they once were, then why not?  Put me down as available.  Schedules could change, of course, but for now I have no problems. 

I haven't been playing much for the last 2 months but I'd be willing to get back into it. I love the game. My skill level though is fair to mediocore no matter how much I play so you couldn't expect alot out of me. I can play most evenings after 830 est.

 3 people (including me) :-) this seems pretty good. only 2 more for a full(though minimum) team! we cans till take in alot more as back ups to scrims, and even perhaps have another team.

skill in cal is important but so is teamwork and strategy. plus we will have awhile before the new cal season starts to practice. :-)

sure can, would "try outs" work for every body saturday afternoon? mostly to try out to see if theres no problems get over the basics.

 I will "apply". I am not a fantastic player but depending on when the game is I would be devoted. Before PCGamer closed down we had two game nights Tues and Fri. TF2 all night long! Let me know when you will be playing.

At the moment Satuday Afternoon would be fine for me. 

Unfortunately the next 2 weekends are out for me as I will be traveling. It's memorial day weekend now ya'll so some other time mmight be best. Again during the day is not such a good time for me. I am a family man so family has to come first. Evenings are my best time preferably during the week when the finace is at work.

Man, i want to sign up i just do not have time ATM. Work is crazy, I'm trying to get IT contracting started on the side, and my one year wedding anniversary is coming up. No time for games right now.... : ( 

 if we get enough people intrested in this i *might* be able to get us our own server. 

I wish someone ***cough, Davo, cough*** would stand up a HH CS:S server again! : )

well the try outs gotta be rescheduled. im having problems even staying up and not crashing so next week O_O (hopefully..... grrr)
