Currently I have a new guild gaming Rig, That I play primarily World of Warcraft with a Custom Interface.

 I have a problem with this because I only run at 10-30 FPS. Please help

 Specs:

Phenom 9600 QUAD core.

4 GB DDR2 1066 Corsair Dominator

EVGA 9800 GTX SSC

XP operating System

Gigabyte ma770-Ds3 Motherboard.

I can't really think of any solutions to upgrading this Rig. I was thinking a new mobo but then again I dont have much knowledge of Mobo's. So if you do please give me a suggestion of one you might buy(Price does not matter). I want the best of the best here.

 I would say try updating your driver. You should be getting higher #'s than that.

 I have Updated all my drivers, One of My really good friends is a computer tech guy and we used an online program where it gave him access to my computer. He updated all drivers, cleaned the registry, defraged, anything he could think of basically. And these problems are still existing. Any other ideas?

Could the Phenom TLB bug be at fault here?  I don't know much about it, but google search it.  Their are TLB "patches" that fix the problem at the cost of 10% performance.  But your performance is much worse than minus 10% right now.  Give it a shot. 

 How fast is your processor?

Maybe WoW doesn't knwo hwo to use quad processors correctly.

TLB is also a likely cause.
