So long as mobile telephones are not sold separately in a real market, instead of bait for costly subscription plans, so long will these &amp;laquo;huge bummers&amp;raquo; keep turning up. Alas, US consumers can hardly expect relief from the FCC ; to obtain any there will have to be a real live consumers&amp;#39; revolt....&lt;/p&gt;
