In Lucy Haeran Koh&amp;#39;s court located some 16 km (10 English miles) from Apple&amp;#39;s headquarters, I&amp;#39;d not give Samsung a snowball&amp;#39;s chance in a tropical climate, in more neutral climes, like that of the UK or Japan, however, the outcome might well be otherwise....&lt;/p&gt;
