Here in Europe, FF and IE are tied at around 33 % (both declining, FF slightly, IE at a much faster rate), while Chrome is rising rapidly and now enjoys a market share of over 25 %. The answer one gets to statistical questions seems to depend greatly on whom one chooses to ask....&lt;/p&gt;
