&lt;p&gt;The problem is, &lt;b&gt;they&lt;i&gt; filed&lt;/i&gt; for the patent months after &lt;a href="http://icontrolpad.com/"&gt;the iControlPad guys&lt;/a&gt; had already &lt;i&gt;shown&lt;/i&gt; their design for the same thing&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt="The iControlPad" style="border:0;float:left;margin-left:15px;margin-right:15px;" src="http://icontrolpad.com/new_case2.jpg" border="0" height="241" width="320" /&gt;Unless Apple believes it&amp;#39;s patenting blatantly obvious &amp;#39;inventions&amp;#39;, they must have stolen the idea from the iControlPad guys, right?&amp;nbsp; Isn&amp;#39;t that what they&amp;#39;re claiming HTC did to them by making a device with a GUI?&lt;/p&gt;
