I bought a Zyexl NBG334WUK01 wireless cable router. I set the router up as follows, I attach the blue WAN cable from the broadband modem to the blue port on the router and then I connect the yellow cable from the router to the ethernet card in my PC (Win XP).

I then put the IP address for the router into firefox, run the wizard and all seems to be set up fine. Because the router is connected through the ethernet card, should I be able to just connect my pc to the net without having the wirless connection? (if that makes sense?). I can't, I get 'No sever found' in firefox.

My laptop (Ubuntu) finds the router fine and once I enter the security key it says I am connected, however when I try to connect to firefox it tells me 'No server found' and I can't acces any websites.

Please help!
