It was keyboard lag. A lot of people were suggesting to update drivers or rollback.
I cleaned my drivers with Driver Cleaner Pro, downloaded the latest but they wouldn't install! Meaning I had no drivers for my $500 card, it was effectively reduced to onboard graphics. So I installed Omega drivers successfully, immediately after I was able to update the latest ATI drivers. A few other people have expierence this to. Keep this solution in mind when changing.

[quote user="EA Support"]

There are several issues that can contribute to issues that happen
with running this software on Windows Vista. Please try some of the
following troubleshooting steps to resolve your issues:

If you can access the game's option menu, make sure all graphics attributes are set to a lower setting.

If you can access the game's option menu, try running the game in a
window. This option can usually be found in the video options menu.

If you are having problems with the DirectX10 version of the game.
Try right clicking on the game's icon in the Games tray and select the
DirectX 9 version of the executable.

You can try to get the game to work by running it in Compatibility Mode.

Right-click the game's desktop shortcut icon and choose 'Properties'.

In the Properties Panel, click the 'Compatibility' tab.

Place a check in the 'Compatibility Mode' checkbox.

Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) in the mode box.

Click 'Apply' to save your changes.

If you did not opt to have a desktop icon installed:

Find the game icon listed in your Games directory.

Right-click on the game and click on 'Customize'. This will bring up the Customize menu.

Select 'Play'.

Select ' Edit'.

This will bring up the Properties screen. Click the 'Compatibility' tab.

Check 'Run in Compatibility Mode' and then choose Windows XP (or whatever operating system the game was designed for).

Press 'Apply' then press 'OK'. You will be back at the customize menu.

Close the customize screen.

Now the game is configured to run in Compatibility Mode.

Please note that this will only make the game run in Compatibility
Mode if you click on the shortcut that you set Compatibility Mode for.
All other shortcut icons (such as in your Start menu) will have to have
these changes made as well.

My personal choices, based on the 'fun' factor are:

1) Gears of War PC (SOOOO much better than the Xbox 360 version. Once you get used to the controls, the game is super fun and the graphics are great.)

2) Call of Duty 4 (Very tough choice for me. I thought the single player campaign was awesome, and they did some really unexpected things with the story line. If it was longer, it would have been my first choice.)

3) UT3 - (Just plain fun.)

Crysis, EP2, Bioshock all come after these three for me. Bioshock especially. It starts out so sloooow and boring to me.

Crysis SP GeForce 8800 GT and SLI Peformance

Due to popluar demand, we've gone ahead and updated our GeForce 8800 GT launch article with a full suite of Crysis benchmark numbers and even a few screen shots to dress it up a bit. The game engine alone with this upcoming release, will live up to the hype that surrounds it. Word is Crysis has gone gold and will be on sale in stores 11/16. If you're one generation behind in graphics cards, now might be a good time to consider the new GeForce 8800 GT or if you can stand it, perhaps wait for its successor, which is rumored to hit some time in early '08.

From the article, as they say...

Crytek's Crysis in all it's glory...

Even with our image quality settings configured without Anti-Aliasing, Crysis serves up an absolutely punishing workload for any graphics card on the market today and certainly amongst the cards we tested here. We tested with game engine settings all set to "high" instead of "very high", which reduces some of the image post-processing effects workload, like motion blur and makes use of slightly less complex lighting and shadowing effects, just to name a few of the compromises. Regardless, the changes are hardly noticeable in action and as you can see, our graphics test-bed still had a bit of work to do keeping up.

Obviously, our pair of GeForce 8800 GTs in SLI outpaced the single Big-Daddy GeForce 8800 GTX card by about 10% in round numbers. A single GeForce 8800 GT was about 10 - 15% slower than a GeForce 8800 GTX but the GT ran complete circles around the AMD-ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT.

We've seen plenty of rumors come and go in the graphics arena, many of them almost completely inaccurate and unfounded. However, when an Senior VP speaks about something in public, sort of like EF Hutton, folks key in a bit. So is this rumor or a strategic leak? Probably the latter...

"Nvidia’s senior vice president Dan Vivoli let slip that Nvidia intended to “launch new hardware to coincide with Crysis’ launch.” Vivoli didn’t elaborate, but the rumor mill has been predicting that Nvidia would ship a new top-end GPU right before the holiday shopping season, just as they did with the GeForce 8800 last year.

Nvidia has been working closely with Crytek throughout the life of this project, according to Vivoli, who told the press that Crysis is “the most advanced game ever developed."

Since we know Dan the Man isn't the type to mix words and dabble in rumors, we'd offer it's pretty safe to say things will be heating up in graphics, just in time for the gift-giving season.
