Installshield is a deployment tool used to install various software titles. It most likely got installed in the past when you installed a program. I would find it odd if you didn't have an Installshield component on your system since it is a very popular and widely used deployment program. It's not in add remove programs because it is a component

I wish they would do this with Sharp too. I have an Aquos Limited Edition with network capability and this would be an awesome bonus. Other than that, it's completely useless.

Absolutely. I've done it in Vista. Steam will still validate the software, but not need to download it all again.

I just Googled "Everquest 2 Black Screen" and saw a bunch of hits. This seems to be plaguing a lot of users with NVIDIA cards and EQ2 and no clear solution is available that I found. I know this isn't much help, but it does lend itself to being a game/driver issue rather than a problem with your system. Oh, and welcome to the HotHardware

I've been using Zune 80GB since X-Mas '07 and never had any of the issues reported. All albums I purchased are still available for download and some are even DRM free by default.
