I have about 7 of them only and they are all in use. One is in my carry bag, two by the bed for mine and the rest are spread throughout the house.

[/quote] Yes you can adjust the top to tilt up to 5 degrees right or left for the most comfortable grip. The size itself is not adjustable

Awesome and that is how customer service should work. Besides they can write it off in the end as inventory shrink so they just made someone ridiculously happy and are really not out much.
