The problem with manufactures like sony, hp, acer and whomever else you want to tack on to the list is that they seem to cash in on products that already exist (safe bet kind of marketing), but with there own twist on them. There usually late to market and don't really have the support/staying-power that the pioneer's of the markets usually

This is like all the corporate acquisitions. First the two companies merge and all the execs say, were just doing this for marketing/financial reasons, nothing is going to change .... give it a few months and itll be T-Mobile then At&t TMobile then At&t Mobile then itll just be plain ole At&t in a year or so. Same thing is going to happen

Honestly my knee jerk reaction is to drag these people out and have them shot - they committed treason as far as I'm concerned. The main benefit of living in the US is freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of the press and so on; but as of late the press has gone too far in a lot of areas and the reigns need to be slapped on them hard and fast. The only thing stopping netflix from taking over almost completely is content and availability. While the list they have is decent for most people ... I myself am a power TV viewer. I've gotta have all my channels, I've gotta be able to channel surf just when I feel like watching TV, but don't really care what I watch. The only niche that

If it makes at&t stop complaining about the data usage i dont care who gets the business. In fact what needs to happen is everyone switch over to LTE and be done with it... On a more practical note, since at&t constantly complains and can barely keep up with the device requirements they should be in breavh of contract and the iphone should have

If Verizon had an Iphone variant, even though it would stress the network, it would also split the phone's user base, so At&t wouldn't be completely burdened with the "Data" guzzler that the phone is made out to be. Also if there was an inherent problem with the phone then multiple carriers would be reporting it and there wouldn't

Personally I think its just everyone out to hang Apple. So they built a device that has a flaw, but it is correctable -- if you buy one, and you know it has this flaw, then turn around and scream bloody murder about it, I dont think Apple should be the one to blame. Personally I bought one, I have a rubber surround so I dont scratch/dent the thing

You know what this guy hits the nail right on the head and as a programmer I'm inclined to agree with him. Trying to do multicore programming with the use of how Threading works is somewhat annoying to me, and I rarely see a lot of speed up, at least what I think I should see. If the OS were more efficient at handling threading whether it be on

this is awesome, score one for the hold outs.... all though i guess this is a win for the seedy underbelly too
