Yes, there's always that little bit about copyright infringement and whatnot but it's not hard for any normal person to see that it's looking to be one of those frivolous lawsuits again (surprise). One might wonder if and where Viacom might better spend their time and money instead of on this suit.

That is a little over the edge. Can you really call the police over that? After all, the man was doing no harm, just trying to see if he could get a better deal based on a real policy Circuit City had made.

Reminds me of Gmail. Remember how it was supposed be be exclusive, invite-only? Even in the beginning it wasn't exclusive. Not that there's anything bad about it; it's great.

Rightly said. I know I mention too much econ, but it's really better for all of us if MS specializes in making a good OS and let current search engine wizards specialize in search engines.

Wait a few years and prices will drop as technological improvements make production cheaper - either that, or market forces will push down prices until they become competitive

Reminds me of AA's business class, where they let you use Archos 704's loaded with movies and Bose QC3's. But for starters all planes should start putting in power sockets, so people with their own system can just plug it in and watch their own stuff.
