I couldn't agree more with your assessment. I was considering the 7790 and the 650TI as an upgrade for my sons aging 5670 in his computer. I run a pair of GTX 670 in my main computer and am very partial to Nvidia GPU's however after looking at the current AMD bundles it made sense for me to spend a little extra on an AMD GPU (2GB XFX DD 7850

Sweet deal at the moment, not sure if Fry's make a mistake but I just bought one of these award winning bad boys yesterday for $139. The cheapest that I have seen online is between $169-179 plus shipping. This one even has 4 PCI-E 6/8 pins........ Nice.....

I am noticing a slowdown of frames in COD4 and Crysis with FSAA and AF enabled with the single card, I guess that having the other card will increase frame rates even at the lower resolution I play at...

Currently I have a rig with E6420 core 2 duo running at 3.2Ghz, 2gb of ram and getting 12500 in 3D mark 06, I see no compelling reason to upgrade, however having said that I should say I see no compelling reason to move to the G92 or G94 as apart fro speed they bring nothing new to the party...... I have a spare 8800GTX that I was thinking of selling

Hi Guys, I'm new to this forum, having stepped up from Futuremark and OCP so I thought it fitting that my first post would be to offer a spare 8800GTX of mine for sale. I was thinking of keeping this to go SLI, but this would mean buying a new powersupply and SLI capable motherboard. It is a boxed as new EVGA board and was in a spare computer I
