I don't see what this has to do with Tech Support....although its an interesting topic...
I recently formatted my laptop and now my system won't recognize any of the drivers I try to install
Where are you installing them FROM? Like a CD or flash drive....? After you attempt the install does dvc manager still see an "unknown" device (yellow question mark) or is it having trouble "starting"
Why settle for an imitation prank BSOD, when you can cause Win7 to blow up with a real on from a remote machine with this python script: "STUFF"
I was just getting ready to type that out....and you totally beat me to the punch

I know Toshibas had a bug for a while that caused power issues when a few BIOS revisions.... Double check your mobo mfg's website for BIOS update maybe? Also, it could very well be instability from the PSU cause the computer to "think" there is power failure and shut itself off....find a friend or take it to Geek Squad or something and
Hmm that's odd. I might be a start up program too that is causing it.
I don't know if this would cuz the BSOD during the restore though...
Either dual 4850s or 4870s will work well, and it really depends on your budget. If you have a 32-bit OS it would be wise to get 512MB cards which are available in either flavour (4850 or 70). If you're 64-bit, go for the 1GB versions for that extra performance (budget willing, of course).
Why is that

I also want to know what the deal is with the FM trans. all of a sudden - avoid it like the plague for what, 10 yrs now and then just randomly toss it in? Now if they had a SIRIUS transmitter that would be cool ;) ;) I would bite. Seconded on the thought with the 16GB touch...thats all that I'd want, 8GB is too small 32GB is too expensive for me
