Yeah i enjoyed a long long long long walk home due to whoever it was possibly al qaida i think. Several fatalities, Loads injured, even more walking wounded. My thought go out to those people and their families who have been injured and invloved.

if your budget can strech to it get a Asus A8N Premium board, and maybe a 3700+ San Diego, Other than that the build looks very solid. Im just not a fan of MSI, try and get a Asus or DFI

Hands down the Swifttech STROM is the best CPU cooler, its the old little river storm G4 block by cather easily the best block around, personally i prefer not to cool the chipsets in most systems ive done, as it just adds to the restriction in the system and lowers the performance in stead by a zalman, silent NB heatsink You never really need to cool

Try flashing the DVD-Drive upto the lastest Firmware, also some DVD-Drives can't read all the different colours of writable disc. The DVD could be scratched so try different ones

Sounds like it is going into standby mode after turning it on. Does the Power LED go Orange? Check your GFX card installation make sure itss seated properly, then make sure your VGA/DVI cable is attached properly

got random white shadows on bf2 but fixed with the 70.30 drivers and no problems 77.72 i think im using

Another 512MB stick of ram will help you system massively from all the bottlenecks, also find a better gfx card i recommend a 9800XT AGP if u wanna keep it on a small budget. Should make your system fly like it should, cos both the lack of ram and poor gfx card is holding your system back
