Good to see you are on the right track. I've lost 40-45 lbs so far doing a strict 900 calorie / 45 grams of fat per day diet. Its worked really well and I started seeing results after about 3 weeks. I look at it more like a lifestyle change though. No more 2500 calorie meals at Chili's or giant ass hamburgers from McDonald's. Just count

Hello again all! I've been well! I hope you all have been also. Just an update- still married, still no kids and my 3 dogs. Not sure how much weight I'll be throwing around as I've lost 45lbs in the past 3 1/2 months! :) Feeling better and enjoying life!
