I was excited, so I tried it under Wine. It worked perfectly. But, as it turns out, THAT GAME SCARES THE HELL OUT OF ME. Coming from a guy that's laughed his way through every Romero flick, that's somewhat of a ringing endorsement I suppose. But no way am I going to buy it: more fun to laugh...

And thank you for the invite, Bob! It does not currently work under Wine on Linux (the installer crashes), but I've filed bug reports and hope to get time to do some digging into the code this weekend. Q3&4 run under Wine, so it should be possible to get this working with a little hammering.

I downloaded and installed the demo via Steam. Runs pretty slow under Linux+Wine unless you dial down the video settings, but it sure does look good.
