You have a fantastic rig. I have a similar you can easily overclock the CPU using the AI by 20% to 3.6GHz. This takes about 5 minutes to do, and is super stable. Do you really need to go further?

I took a spin thru the HIS site ( here ) it would seem they recommend ATi CCC drivers so I don't see any reason to argue. As they explain on their site however they tailor these cards to OCers by using better quality components to hopefully deliver a better end user OC. Here's quote from website...
